3. NAME OF THE POST: Training Consultant, SIHFW

- MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional.
- 3 years experience in Programme Manager at National/ State or district leveling the field of MCH/O & G and Monitoring and evolution of programme.
- For retired person up to the age of 62 years retired as a senior faculty member in Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background.
4. NAME OF THE POST: Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Service), SIHFW

- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
- DESIRABLE: Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management.

5. NAME OF THE POST: State Consultant (Quality Assurance)

Educational Qualification:
- MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate preferably with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA- full time or equivalent) with 5 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which, at least 3 years work in the field of quality in health care would be desirable. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/ Six Sigma/ Lean/Kaizen/NQAS or equivalent would be preferred.

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in civil engineering from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
- Working knowledge of computer is preferable.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in building construction and fully convergent with measurement of building works including payment procedures. Retired persons from Govt. Department as a junior engineer with above experience and sound health condition may also take part.

20. NAME OF THE POST: Early Interventionist cum Special Educator

Educational Qualification:
- M. Sc in disability studies (early intervention) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/Occupational Therapy (BOT)/Speech language pathologist (ASLP) or postgraduate diploma in early intervention (PGDEL) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/ Occupational therapy (BOT)/ Speech-language pathology (ASLP).

Candidates working under National Health Mission shall apply to any other positions through proper channel and also take NOC/ Permission from State HQ prior to the interview if shortlisted. The schedule of interview/selection test for the respective post will be published in the website www.nrhmassam.in in due course of time along with the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates. No separate call letter for interview/ selection test will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/selection test.
